Who we are

Our website address is: https://neurosoul.site. This site is operated by NeuroSoul (the “Site”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

If you are looking for the broader brand ecosystem, you may also see references to our parent wellness education/coaching site. You can review our general approach and boundaries here: Natoorales.com.

Data we collect

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: Automattic Privacy Policy. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Forms / applications (if you submit them)

If you submit an application, inquiry, or intake form on this site, we collect the information you enter (such as your name, email address, and message content). We use this information to respond, to provide requested information, and to maintain a record of our communication.

Tip: If you want a minimal-data route, email us directly at info@neurosoul.site and only share what feels necessary.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Server & security logs

Like most websites, our servers may automatically log limited technical data (such as IP address, device/browser type, and timestamps) for site administration, troubleshooting, and security monitoring. We use this to protect the site and reduce abuse.

Cookies

Cookies are small files stored on your device to help websites remember preferences, maintain sessions, and operate reliably.

Comment cookies

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

Login cookies

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

Editing cookies

If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.

Cookie type Why it exists Typical duration

Browser controls: You can usually delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Note that blocking some cookies may affect site functionality. If you maintain a separate Cookie Policy page, link it here: Cookie Policy.

Embedded content from other websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

External references we trust for transparency: WordPress privacy overview and Google Search Central (privacy/security guidance).

Who we share your data with

We share personal data only when it’s required to operate the site, deliver what you requested, or comply with legal obligations. This may include trusted service providers (for example, web hosting, email delivery, or spam protection).

Password resets

If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.

Spam protection

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

If you submit a form or email inquiry, we retain it for as long as needed to respond, maintain records of communication, and operate responsibly— unless you request deletion (subject to legal, administrative, or security obligations).

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

How to make a request

  • Email info@neurosoul.site with the subject line: Privacy Request
  • Tell us what you want: access, export, correction, or deletion
  • We may ask for reasonable verification to protect your data

Regional notes (GDPR/UK GDPR/CCPA-style requests)

If you are located in the EU/UK or jurisdictions with similar laws, you may have additional rights (such as objection or restriction of processing). If you are in California, you may have rights to know and delete personal information and to opt out of “sale” (we do not sell personal data).

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal data against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No internet transmission is 100% secure, but we aim for disciplined, best-practice handling.

  • Limited-access administration
  • Spam and abuse controls
  • Software and security updates where feasible

If you believe your data has been exposed or misused, contact us at info@neurosoul.site and include “Security” in the subject line.
